Maintenance services

  • General maintenance – including safety checks, remedial work and equipment installations.
  • Avionics workshop – Servicing for units including Allied Signal, GARMIN, Bendix King, Narco and Collins. AOC approved maintenance and authorised by Bendix King and GARMIN to carry out overhauls and repairs to their avionic equipment.
  • Wheel and brake system maintenance – CAA approval for the overhaul and repair of wheels and braking systems for a variety of aircraft.
  • Battery workshop – JAR approved for the service and overhaul of all types of batteries. Our advanced NICad workshop has multiple electronic charging units, while our engineering service centre is equipped to handle lead acid batteries.

Scheduled and unscheduled base maintenance

  • A to heavy D checks, including structural inspections, major modifications and embodiment of manufacturers’ service bulletins
  • Aircraft surveys and full aircraft auditing
  • Aircraft certification, including installation of UK special condition modifications

Aircraft On Ground (AOG) Services

We offer comprehensive AOG support for Bombardier and other products from our Manchester and London Luton Jet Centres, including:

  • Vertical and lateral gyros & navigational equipment

Defect rectifications and aircraft modifications

We are qualified to repair and replace nearly all aircraft system components and carry out repairs on most aircraft systems. Our maintenance is guaranteed to meet the most stringent safety standards.

Component maintenance

We hold CAA approval for the overhaul and repair of wheels and brake systems and hold full EASA approval for the service and overhaul of batteries. Our dedicated workshops cater for both Lead-Acid and NiCad batteries and are equipped with the latest electronic charging units.

Avionics installation and repairs

Our avionics department has a wealth of experience in the installation of the latest electrical and electronic systems. We provide a fast and accurate modifications service, upgrading your aircraft to the highest safety standards.

Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)

We have apron-approved transit size vehicles for supporting maintenance on and off the airfield. These vehicles carry tools for general maintenance such as tyre and oleo inflation.

Delivery of new aircraft

Our team will ensure your new aircraft arrives in perfect condition, assisting with the delivery, the technical inspection and the change of registration requirements.

Supply of aircraft parts and accessories

From the smallest component to a complete engine, our stores department can purchase spares and parts for your aircraft at competitive prices. We have long-standing relationships with leading suppliers and aircraft manufacturers, and can negotiate preferential rates on your behalf.

Ongoing maintenance

We offer a comprehensive range of maintenance services across an array of aircraft. We hold EASA sub part G and I approval, allowing us to offer CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management) services and carry out ARC (Airworthiness Certificate Review) renewals.
