All of our Jet Centres are UK Civil Aviation Authority approved, so you can rest assured that your aircraft is in safe hands. Our Manchester and Luton Jet Centres are also authorised Bombardier maintenance facilities, two of only seven in the world, certified to carry out private jet maintenance and warranty work on all Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft.

Scheduled and Unscheduled base maintenance

Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Services

We offer comprehensive AOG support for Bombardier and other products from our world-class base at our Manchester and London Luton Jet Centres, including:

Defect rectifications and aircraft modifications

We are qualified to repair and replace nearly all aircraft system components and carry out repairs on most aircraft systems. With our team you are guaranteed maintenance that meets the most stringent safety standards.

Component maintenance

We hold CAA approval for the overhaul and repair of wheels and brakes and hold full EASA approval for the service and overhaul of batteries. Our dedicated workshops cater for both Lead-Acid and NiCad batteries and are equipped with the latest electronic charging units.

Avionics installation and repairs

Our avionics department has a wealth of experience in the installation of new electrical and electronic systems. We provide a fast, accurate modifications service, upgrading your aircraft to the latest standards, enhancing both its safety and value.

Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)

We have apron-approved transit size vehicles, for supporting maintenance on and off the airfield. These vehicles carry tools for general maintenance, such as tyre and oleo inflation.

Delivery of new aircraft

Our team will ensure your new aircraft arrives in perfect condition, assisting with delivery and the technical inspection and change of registration requirements.

Supply of aircraft parts and accessories

From the smallest component to a complete engine, our stores department can purchase spares and parts for most aircraft at competitive prices. We have long-standing relationships with leading supplier and aircraft manufacturers, so we can negotiate preferential rates on your behalf.

Ongoing management

We offer a comprehensive range of management services, across an array of aircraft. We hold EASA sub part G and I approval, allowing us to offer CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management) services and carry out ARC (Airworthiness Certificate Review) renewals.

We have three professional Jet Centres at London Luton, Manchester and Prestwick. The majority of our engineering and maintenance work takes place in London Luton and Manchester while Prestwick is renowned for its competitive fuel prices and 24/7 operation. Below we’ve listed selected services available at each site.


London Luton Jet Centre

The Luton Jet Centre is equipped to support a wide range of aircraft, with skilled personnel and excellent facilities. Features include:


  • 24/7 operation
  • Round the clock refuelling services with two 9,500 gallon dowsers
  • Line maintenance for Dassault aircraft
  • 30-minute quick turns can be provided if requested
  • New aircraft interiors department opening soon


At London Luton we have a 46,000 sq ft hangar available for maintenance and parking, which can accommodate three Global Express, two Challengers and one Falcon at any one time.


The Luton Jet Centre is currently growing. Over the next year, we’ll be increasing our capacity for heavier, more complex maintenance operations and we’re working to gain certificates for a range of different aircraft.


Manchester Jet Centre

This purpose-built in-house engineering centre offers the full spectrum of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul services (MRO). It, along with the new London Luton facility is one of only 7 authorised Bombardier service facilities in the world for all Lear, Challenger and Global aircraft.  Services include:


  • Bespoke aircraft refurbishment, valet and repair, and textile restraint repairs in accordance with CAA and FAA regulations
  • Competitively priced fuel, including our own fuel dowser for prompt, efficient fuelling services around the clock
  • CAA approval for the overhaul and repair of wheels and brakes
  • JAR approval for the service and overhaul of batteries


The Manchester Jet Centre also has its own hangar for maintenance and parking, including space for eight light jets and three heavy jets. This is available to customers on request. And the Jet Centre has two apron-approved transit sized vehicles for maintenance on and off the airfield.


The Prestwick Jet Centre

This Fixed Base Operator (FBO) is renowned for its round-the-clock service and competitive fuel prices.
