Aircraft Manager

Due to the rapid and successful growth of our business, a new position has been created for an Aircraft Manager in our office at London Luton Airport. Reporting to the General Manager of Aircraft Management, you will

• Work closely with the other members of the Aircraft Management Team and other stakeholders to ensure that all business objectives are delivered within assigned budgets and timescales
• Provide account and project management support to assigned clients
• Create and execute aircraft management implementation schedules
• Compile monthly reports with regards to the day to day running of a small fleet of business aircraft
• Compile monthly reports for senior management and clients
• Liaise with relevant service delivery and support functions
• Follow up with clients regarding account reviews, reassess service needs and usage trends.
• Follow and suggest improvements to processes and procedures to maintain a structured and scaleable process-driven aircraft management function
